Listing & Sponsorship Policy
We aim to make listings useful without implying checks we have not performed.
Sources and summaries.
We research business websites and link to them on profiles. Descriptions are original summaries. Service areas and services are self-reported by the business and may change. We do not copy third-party reviews, ratings, logos or project photos without appropriate permission.
Listing status.
- Unclaimed: independently researched; business has not confirmed the profile.
- Details confirmed: specified business details have been confirmed; this is not workmanship vetting.
- Participating: business has agreed to receive enquiries under separate terms.
Ordering and sponsorship.
Current entries follow research order, not a quality ranking. Sponsored placement, if introduced, will be clearly labelled. We do not sell a “best roofer” award or equate payment with endorsement.
Free corrections and removal.
Businesses can request corrections, claims or removal through the contact form. Provide the company name, website, relationship to the business and the exact change. We may ask for evidence before editing or accepting a claim. Correcting inaccurate information is free.
Participation is separate.
Being listed does not enroll a contractor in matching. Participation requires an agreement on coverage, contact use, qualification and payment. We do not charge a business for an unsolicited request simply because it is listed.
