Terms of Use

Effective October 3, 2026. Roofline Ontario provides directory information and owner-reviewed enquiries. By using the service, you agree to use it truthfully and for legitimate business or homeowner enquiries.

Independent directory.

We are not a roofing contractor, insurer or building authority. Listings are based on sourced information that may change. Confirm availability, coverage, credentials and insurance directly. Listing a business does not create a partnership or endorsement.

Requests and estimates.

Submitting a homeowner request is free and does not obligate you to hire. A match, response, estimate or completed job is not guaranteed. Contractors decide whether to inspect, quote or accept work. You agree your details may be used only as described in the consent and privacy policy.

Contractor relationships.

Businesses must separately agree to participation and commercial terms before receiving paid enquiries. Payment does not imply independent vetting. Roofline Ontario is not a party to your roofing agreement; scope, payments, warranties and disputes must be addressed with your contractor.

Acceptable use.

Do not impersonate another person or business, submit false details, upload harmful content, send spam or try to access private records. Only request work you are authorized to arrange.

Directory changes.

We may correct, update or remove information. Use the contact form to report problems or request corrections. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law.

Urgent issues.

This is not an emergency response service. Contact a suitable contractor or emergency services directly where appropriate.
